A young Photoreporter finds himself captured by a group of rebels. What follows it's his struggle to get through it all.
Behind the scenes of Dry Rain
The movie is all filmed from a single point of view to get into the character headspace. To achieve such a thing we made our own snorricam with a tripod, slapped a phone onto the camera as an external monitor and we were good to go. The Video Micro proved to be the right fit for its size and audio quality.
The desert was an abandoned quarry. Our camera setup was the same in any occasion. The only thing that changed was the lighting in the Interiors. We used neon lights flagged by a piece of carboard pivoted on a light stand.
